Age restrictions
As per UK legal requirements we cannot and will not sell wine to anyone who is not 18 years old or over.
By placing an order with Moscato life you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. Should this information be incorrect it might result in prosecution.
If our delivery partners are in any doubt about the age of the recipient they will request ID. If unable to provide proof they are not permitted to leave the wine.
Price
Please be advised prices are subject to changes in duty and VAT.
Payment terms
We accept payment by debit cards, credit cards and Paypal.
By giving us your credit card details you are confirming that you are the cardholder or have the cardholders permission to make the purchase.
We use Paypal and Stripe to securely manage our transactions. We do not retain any of your credit card details.
Delivery
A delivery charge will apply on each order. However, orders with a value of £55.00 or more will be delivered free of charge. Prices are applicable to deliveries made to the majority of UK Mainland addresses only. Deliveries to certain Scottish Highland postcodes, to Northern Ireland and to other offshore islands will be liable for additional shipping costs. Please see our delivery page for further information.
While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in the stated time frame we are not liable if we fail to do so, in part or full, due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will try our hardest to deliver in the stated time frame but this is not guaranteed as our shipments are handled by third parties.
Return policy
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you received your product, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact.A notice to be sent via email at info@moscato.life within 14 days of placing your order.
Cancellation
Our customers have 48 hours, starting from the day the order is made, to cancel an order. A notice of cancellation is required in writing to info@moscato.life. If the wine has been despatched, a charge will be applied in order for us to recover these goods.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failure to meet agreed obligations due to prevailing circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
